Joyce Louise (Krauth) Daugherty

Joyce Louise Krauth Daugherty 48 of Vandergrift passed away Tuesday January 9, 2018 at the VNA Inpatient Hospice in Butler. She was born April 21, 1969 in Brackenridge the daughter of the late William “Al” Krauth, and Bertha Lewis Krauth (Vandergrift). Before her illness she was employed by Giant Eagle in the bakery. Joyce was a member of the Holiday Park Methodist Church. She enjoyed crafting, and spending with her family, especially her grandchildren. She is survived by her huband of 29 years, Joseph Daugherty, three children; Jessica Baker and her husband James of Saltsburg, Christina Edgar and her husband Nick of Verona, and Damon Daugherty of Erie, three grandchildren; Abigale, Annabelle and Liam, two sisters; Roberta “Bobbie” May and her husband Jason of Leechburg, and Dawn Krauth of Vandergrift. She was preceded in death by her father. Family will receive friends on Friday January 12, 2018 from 4:00-6:00 P.M. in the Kelly L. Corridoni Funeral Home Ltd. 400 Indiana Ave. Avonmore, Pa. Services will be conducted in the Funeral Home at 6:00 P.M. with Pastor Tony Fallise officiating. Interment will be private.
