William Leonard Murphy III

William Leonard Murphy III, 30, of Allegheny Twp., passed away on Monday, July 27, 2020 at his home. He was born on Wednesday, July 25, 1990 in Saltsburg, Pa., the son of William L. Jr. and Ronda F. Shaffer Murphy. He was a graduate of Kiski Area High School in 2008 and worked as a landscaper. He was an avid fisherman and enjoyed trapping and spending time with his family. He is survived by his parents, William Jr. and Ronda Shaffer Murphy of Saltsburg, his brother, Ryan Murphy of Vandergrift, his sister Chelsea Murphy of Tunnelton, his significant other, Lindsey Sipe and her son, Luke Hessem, who he considered as his own, his aunts, Donna Bedick and her husband, Brian, of Apollo and Holly Murphy of Saltsburg, his uncle, John Shaffer of Spring Church and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins. Family will receive friends on Thursday, July 30, 2020 from 5:00 PM until time of services at 8:00 PM with Pastor Lee Rupert, officiating, at the Kelly L. Corridoni Funeral Home LTD, 400 Indiana Ave., Avonmore, Pa. 15618. Interment will be held at Edgewood Cemetery in Saltsburg, Pa. Due to public health concerns and concerns for our families; per CDC guidelines and the PA Dept. of Health, a MASK IS REQUIRED AT VIEWING.
