Victoria “Vicki” Elizabeth Swalga Busi, 96, of Saltsburg, Pa. passed away Saturday March 21, 2026 at St. Andrews Village, Indiana Pa. She was born Wednesday December 4, 1929 in Iselin, Pa., the daughter of the late Matthew Michael and Pauline Sophie Dziurzynski Swalga. She was a member of the St. Matthew Roman Catholic Church in Saltsburg, Pa. and was also a member of its Altar Rosary Society. She was employed by Federal Lab from 1948 to 1953, where she operated a hose clamp machine. She enjoyed cooking, baking, camping, crocheting, and her trips to the Casino with Andy. She will always be remembered as a loving mother, and grandmother, who lived for her children and grandchildren. She was a kind soul whose love transcended beyond her own family and touched countless hearts in her lifetime. She is survived by her children, Paulette Mackuliak of Englewood, Fl., David M. Busi (Jennie), of Saltsburg, Andrea Silvis (Gordon), of Ligonier, Judy Jackson (Dan), of Englewood, FL, and Bonnie Coleman (John) of Doylestown, Pa. Her grandchildren, Johanna Belako (Matt), of Elizabeth Township, David M. Busi II, of Saltsburg, Philip Busi (Melanie), of Ellsworth, Pa., Christopher Mackuliak (Teresa), of Cranberry Township, Michael Mackuliak (Niki), of Irwin, Jason Silvis (Liz), of Birmingham, AL, Ryan Jackson (Cindy), of North Port, FL, Michelle Hayes (Robbie), of Lihue, Hawaii, Ashley Bailey (Ian), of Santa Clara, CA, Brenden Coleman (Jennifer Mancino), of Manhattan Beach, CA, Sean Coleman (Nicolette), of Newtown, Pa, and Craig Coleman (Taylor) of Doylestown. She is also survived by 13 great grandchildren. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband (the love of her life), Andrew M. Busi, her granddaughter, Danielle Jackson Prusik, her step-father, Frank Mocarski (who raised her), her son-in-law, Jim Mackuliak, her brothers, Frank, Walter, and Nick Swalga and Chester Mocarski, and her sisters, Frances Drake, Josephine Musick, Mary Swalga and Victoria Swalga. Family will receive friends on Thursday March 26, 2026, from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Corridoni Funeral Services, Inc., 400 Indiana Avenue, Avonmore, Pa. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Friday March 27, 2026 at 10AM at St. Matthew Roman Catholic Church, 703 Indiana Ave., Saltsburg, Pa. with Father Roselo Melloria as celebrant. Interment will follow at St. Matthew Church Cemetery, Saltsburg, Pa.
