Shelley Ruth (Anthony) Duso

Shelley Ruth Anthony Duso, 63, of Apollo, Pa. passed away on Wednesday, March 21, 2018 at Life Care Hospice in Natrona Heights. She was born Sunday, January 2, 1955 in Apollo, the daughter of Phyllis Kohn Anthony and the late Earl R. Anthony. She enjoyed riding motorcycles, gardening and was an avid Pittsburgh sports fan. She was outgoing, loved to socialize and enjoyed people watching. She is survived by her husband of 19 years, Brian Duso, 2 sons, Danny Anthony and his wife Marla of Kiski Twp , Jerrod Thompson (Dana Broker) of Kiski Twp., a daughter, Veronica Thompson and her fiancé Lisa Gonzales of Vandergrift, 3 grandchildren, Madison and Maycen Anthony and Hannah Thompson, 3 sisters, Donna Thompson and her husband Jay of Freeport, Linda Hill of South Bend Twp. and Amy Sapinsky of Apollo and her first husband, Gerald Thompson of Vandergrift. In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by her brother, Earl “Pidge” Anthony. At Shelley’s request, all services were private. Arrangements have been entrusted to the Kelly L. Corridoni Funeral Home LTD, 1916 Moore Ave., North Apollo, Pa. Family suggests  contributions be made in Shelley's memory to the Richard G. Laube Cancer Center, 100 Nolte Drive, Kittanning, Pa. 16201.
