Ruth (Carroll) Oberdorf

Ruth Carroll Oberdorf, 77, of Vandergrift, Pa. passed away on Saturday, July 12, 2025, at her home. She was born on Tuesday, November 11, 1947, in Gilpin Twp., Pa the daughter of the late Paul James and Flora Mae Grantz Carroll. She was an avid reader who enjoyed romance novels and doing crossword puzzles. She is survived by her brothers; Dan Carroll of Weatherford, Tx and Dave Carroll of Leechburg, her sister-in-law; Karen Carroll of Cranberry, her nephew; Michael P. Carroll and his wife, Catherine of Weatherford, Tx and a niece; Melissa A. Carroll of Leechburg. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, George Peter Oberdorf a brother; James F. Carroll. All funeral arrangements are private.
