Ronald Neale Wiester

Ronald Neale Wiester, 90, of Avonmore, Pa. (Bel Twp.) passed away on Wednesday, October 22, 2025, at his nephew’s home. He was born on Friday, March 1, 1935, in Poke Run, Pa., the son of the late Waldo Merle and Vernice Jane Louise George Wiester. Before his retirement, he worked for National Roll in Avonmore for 14 years as a molder. He was a United States Army veteran. He was a member of the Saltsburg Masons for over 50 years. He liked to hunt, go camping and canoeing, ride motorcycles, read and eat sweets. He is survived by his wife of 63 years, June Carney Wiester. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brothers, King Wiester, Leland Terry Wiester and Waldo M. Wiester and his sister, Shirley Mahan. All funeral arrangements are private.
