Robert Edward Croyl, 63 of Irwin, passed away Friday May 1, 2020 at his residence. He was born Wednesday May 23, 1956 in Bedford, PA, the son of the late Jacob L. and Joan J. Shaffer Weyandt Croyl. Robert was an avid hunter and fisherman, very proud father, grandfather, uncle and a huge Chicago Bears fan. Before his retirement he was employed as a security guard. He is survived by three sisters, Shelly Yenerall and her husband Robert, and Pam and Debbie Croyl, a brother, Jeffrey Croyl, a daughter, Kristyn Croyl, a son, Robbie Croyl, four grandchildren, Ariana, Autumn, Lila and Alex, his cherished niece’s and nephew’s, and his best friends, Harry and Marie Susman. Due to public health concerns, and the concern of everyone’s safety, all arrangements are private.
