Richard Frank Kosker

Richard Frank Kosker, 80, of Saltsburg, Pa. passed away on Friday, December 15, 2023, at his home. He was born on Thursday, July 8, 1943, in Latrobe, Pa., the son of the late Leon E. and Anna Mary Zuzack Kosker. Before his retirement, Rich was the service manager at Grabiak Chevrolet in New Alexandria. He loved cars and restoring them, quad riding, building model airplanes and flying them and loved his model trains that were elaborately displayed.  Rich was a loving father and grandfather. He is survived by his daughter, Sherri J. Astolos and her husband, Charles Jr of Apollo, 10 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren, his brother, Leon Kosker and his wife, Margaret of Latrobe, a sister, Patty Ann Ingabo of Derry and numerous nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Carol Ann Miller Kosker, and his son, Richard Michael Kosker. The family will receive friends on Wednesday, December 20, 2023, from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Corridoni Funeral Services Inc, 400 Indiana Ave., Avonmore, Pa. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Thursday, December 21, 2023, at Saint Ambrose Roman Catholic Church, 505 Cambria Ave., Avonmore, Pa. at 10:00 AM with Father John Harrold, as celebrate. Interment is private.
