Michael Paul Keim, 40, of Vandergrift, passed away peacefully surrounded by his loving family at UPMC Passavant Hospital in McCandless, PA. He was born on Thursday, April 8, 1982, in Parks Township, the son of James Paul and Holly C. Doyle Keim. He was most recently employed by Venango Awning in Vandergrift, PA, in their setup department. Michael loved to fish and draw, wrote and read poetry frequently, liked music especially Ozzie Osbourne, enjoyed following his favorite hockey team, the Penguins, loved his dog, Pooch, but was happiest riding his motorcycle. In addition to his parents, he is survived by his daughter, Lanna M. Keim, of Cadogan, Pa., a sister, Jamie Lee Senjan and her husband, Steve, of Gilpin Township, his step-father, Kevin Trefelner, 2 Aunts, P.J. Wasylink, of Leechburg and Tammy Danovsky and her husband, John, of Washington Township, his niece, Destiny Senjan, and nephews, Steven Senjan and Kai Holmes. In addition to his paternal and maternal grandparents, he was preceded in death by an Uncle, Greg Wasylink. At the family’s request, all services are private.
