Michael Joseph Corridoni, 64, of Avonmore, Pa. passes away on Monday, May 27, 2024, at his home. He was born on Wednesday, March 30, 1960, in Avonmore, Pa., the son of the late Ronald D. “Dean” and Rose Bottegal Corridoni. Before his retirement, he worked for Akers National Roll in Avonmore, Pa. for 30 years, as a machinist. Mike was a member of the New Beginnings United Methodist Church in Apollo, Pa., where he sang in the choir. He enjoyed fishing, golfing (only if he could walk the course) and was an avid hunter. He loved watching all sporting events. He is survived by his brothers, Anthony Corridoni and his wife, Debbie of Zelienople and Rick Corridoni of Saltsburg, his nieces, Maria DiMattio and her husband, Daniel of Zelienople and Amanda Toal and her husband, Richard of Zelienople and his nephews, Matthew Corridoni of Washington D.C. and Ryan Corridoni of Perth Amboy, NJ and 5 great nieces and nephews, Vincent, Richard, Gabriella, Penelope and Cameron. He was preceded in death by his parents. Family will receive friends on Wednesday, May 29, 2024, from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Corridoni Funeral Services, Inc, 400 Indiana Ave., Avonmore, Pa. Funeral Services will be held in the funeral home on Thursday, May 30, 2024, at 10:00 AM with Pastor Julie Kolacz officiating. Interment will take place at Westview Cemetery in Avonmore, Pa. Donations can be made in Michaels's name to New Beginnings United Methodist Church, 1559 PA-56, Apollo, Pa. 15613 and the American Heart Association.
