Mark Albert Walter, 61, of Saltsburg, passed away on Wednesday, January 22, 2020 at St. Andrews Village in Indiana, Pa. He was born on Friday, January 9, 1959 in Salina, Pa., the son of Phyllis J. Walter White and the late Albert M. Walter. His favorite pastime was fishing. Mark was a graduate of Saltsburg Jr Sr High School and he was also a veteran of the United States Navy. He is survived by his mother, Phyllis J. Walter White and his step father, Ronald White of Saltsburg, his daughter, Ciara Kiviatkoviski, a brother, Timothy Walter of Saltsburg and a sister, Kimberly Ann Laughry of Homer City.
