Louis Bozzarelli

Louis Bozzarelli, 96, of Vandergrift, Pa., passed away on Thursday, July 27, 2023 at his home. He was born on Saturday, July 9, 1927 in Salina, Pa., the son of the late Andrea’  “Andy” and Maria G. Giugno Bozzarelli. He was a United States Army Veteran having served during World War II in the Pacific Theater. Before his retirement, he was a coal miner and then was a pattern carrier for Wean United. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, woodworking, gardening and going to his camp. He is survived by his wife of 75 years, Dolores Jean Rupert Bozzarelli, his daughter; Linda Lou Bozzarelli, his brother; Lou Bozzarelli and his wife, Jean, of West Vandergrift and a sister; Florence Rebyanski of Apollo. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a son; David E. Bozzarelli, his brothers; James, Andrew and Frank Bozzarelli and his sisters; Silvia California, Sarah Klazon, Amelia Campbell, Jenny Babyak and Mary Buck. At his request, all funeral arrangements are private.
