Linda Christine Page Slapinski, 73, of Saltsburg, Pa. passed away on Saturday, September 7, 2024, at her home. She was born on Friday, September 27, 1950, in Lewistown, Pa. the daughter of the late Earl J. and Phyllis Fleisher Page. Before her retirement, she worked as a bank teller for S & T Bank. She was very involved with the competitive Saltsburg Majorettes, volunteering at the Saltsburg VFD #131, where she served as the treasurer, a member of the women’s auxiliary, where she volunteered numerous hours, and spending time at Brand Spanking Used, (“The Happy Shop”). Linda always put her family first and was a loving Mom and Grandma. She is survived by her husband of 54 years, Alan James Slapinski, her children, Joseph Slapinski (Cheri Stitt) of New Alexandria, Bethany Slapinski (Ed Stewart) of York and Michael Slapinski and his wife, Cory of Huntingdon, her grandchildren, Kristen Slapinski and her husband, Dylan of Derry, Jacob Slapinski of Blairsville, Nathan Slapinski and his partner, Eden of New Alexandria, Carter Alwan of York, Tyler Slapinski of Huntingdon and Katelin Slapinski of Huntingdon and her brother, James Page of Milroy, Pa. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her daughter, Keisha Anne Slapinski in infancy. The family will receive friends on Wednesday, September 11, 2024, from 4:00 PM to 6:30 PM at Corridoni Funeral Services, Inc., 400 Indiana Ave., Avonmore, Pa. Funeral Services will follow in the funeral home at 6:30 PM with Pastor Sharon Wattenbaugh, officiating.
