Kathleen Marie (Wiehe) Sharek

Kathleen Marie Wiehe Sharek , 94, of Avonmore, Pa., passed away on Tuesday, November 24, 2020 at West Haven Manor in Apollo. She was born on Sunday, January 24, 1926, in Coalport, Pa., the daughter of the late Henry and Mary Magazits Wiehe. She was a member of St. Ambrose Roman Catholic Church and a lifetime member of the PNA #1234 in Avonmore. She enjoyed crocheting, working with her flowers in her garden, loved to bake and politics. She loved to spend time with her children and grandchildren, but her great grandchildren were her pride and joy. She is survived by her children, Charles Sharek and his wife, Dolores of Avonmore, Pamela M. Gould and her husband, Jim, of Tinsmill, 4 grandchildren, Kelly Sharek of Avonmore, Megan Ombres and her husband, Vince, of Monroeville, Jim Gould and his wife, Erin, of Avonmore and Heather Bowser and her husband, Bill, of Blissfield, Mi. and  10 great grandchildren. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Joseph Sharek, her brothers,  Earl, Raymond and Henry Wiehe, 2 brothers in infancy, Henry and George Wiehe and a her sisters, Elizabeth Truffa and Alice Kazor. At Kathleen’s request, all funeral arrangements are private.
