Kathleen Rose Englert

Kathleen Rose Englert 64 of East Vandergrift passed away on Sunday June 17, 2018 at West Haven Manor. She was born Monday December 21, 1953 in Pittsburgh, Pa. the daughter of   Ralph and Virginia Buck Metts. Before her illness she was employed as a seamstress at Ruby’s Cleaners. She loved to knit, bake, and was an avid Steelers fan. She especially enjoyed time spent with her grandchildren. She is survived by three children; Ralph Englert , and Sarah Englert (Jesse) all of Apollo, and Ross Englert of Junction City, Kansas, five grandchildren; Alyssa, Georgia, James, Savanah, and Dylan, three brothers; Ralph Metts of California, Larry Metts and his wife Shirley of Shelocta, and Jack Metts and his wife Linda of Pittsburgh, three sisters; Jan Metts of North Carolina, Marsha Henry and her husband Lynn of Altoona, and Linda Sloan and her husband Dan, and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in Death by her husband Ross Englert in 1992. At her request all arrangements are private.
