Born 8-8-84 passed away Friday April 8, 2022 at Weirton Medical Center. Survived by daughter Victoria, mother Cheryl, brothers Scott Russell, Kevin (Natalie) Russell, Ralph (Stacy) Vigliotti, grandmother Shelby Huber, and many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews. Deceased father Ralph “Vig”, brother Michael Vigliotti,grandfather Bill Huber, and uncle Boss Huber. Kari was a graduate of Burgettstown High School and was a personal caregiver. Kari was a fun, loving, caring, giving person and will be missed by ALL THAT LOVED HER.
