Karen Kay Loaskie Dietrick 65, of Avonmore passed away on Tuesday August 5, 2025, in New Kensington, Pa. surrounded by her loving family. She was born on Sunday November 15, 1959, in Saltsburg, Pa., the daughter of the late Charlie and Ruby Leona Forney Loaskie. Before her retirement she was employed by Namsco Plastic Industries, Inc. in New Kensington, Pa. Karen enjoyed cooking and sharing her creations with friends and family, Jigsaw puzzles, and shopping with Roseann. She especially loved her dog, Charlie. She is survived by her children: Ralph Dietrick Jr. and his wife Erin of New Kensington, Justin Dietrick and his wife Sarah of Greensburg, and Heather Landry and her husband Brian of Meadville, 8 grandchildren; Alexis, Colin, Brynlee, Brooklyn, Joella, Brian, Haley and Coralynn, and her two brothers; Charles J. Loaskie and his wife Patty of Saltsburg, and Dennis Loaskie and his wife Carolyn of Avonmore. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Ralph Dietrick. Family will receive friends on Sunday August 10, 2025 from noon until time of services at 1:30 P.M. in the Corridoni Funeral Services, Inc 400 Indiana Ave. Avonmore, Pa. Services will be held at 1:30 P.M. with Pastor Lee Rupert officiating. Interment will follow in Edgewood Cemetery, Saltsburg.
