Karen Lee Balsley

Karen Lee Balsley, 81, of Export, Pa. passed away on Sunday, December 3, 2023, at UPMC Presbyterian Hospital in Pittsburgh, Pa. She was born on Thursday, September 10, 1942, in Brownsville General Hospital, the daughter of the late Alfred and Constance Leaper Balsley. Karen is survived by her living adopted family that she lived with for the past five years, Shawn and Andrea Hauer, Sierra Hauer and Samantha (Darby) Gwynn. She is also survived by her great niece Meghan Balsley. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother and sister in law, Ken and Jackie Balsley and a nephew Matthew Balsley. As per Karen’s wishes, all funeral arrangements are private. A Memorial Service will be held at a later date.
