Joyce Elaine Barbieri

Joyce Elaine Barbieri, 76, of Saltsburg, Pa. passed away on Tuesday, July 2, 2024, at her home. She was born on Thursday, August 28, 1947, in Avonmore, Pa., the daughter of the late Reno M. and Gemma Serventi Barbieri. She was owner and operator of a restaurant called P.J. Browns in Saltsburg, Pa. for many years. She enjoyed going to movies, reading literature, sports, loved animals and especially loved her trips to the ocean. She is survived by her sister, Beverly Gautier and a nephew, Reno Gautier. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Edward Peffer. At Joyce’s request, all funeral arrangements are private.
