Joseph Thomas Zill Sr., 85, of Saltsburg, Pa., passed away on Tuesday, December 14, 2021 at Oak Hill Healthcare & Rehab Center in Greensburg, Pa. He was born on Tuesday, February 25, 1936 in Homestead, Pa., the son of the late Thomas and Elizabeth Zill. Before his retirement, he worked for A & P Bakery Warehouse in Homewood, Pa. in the confectionary department. He enjoyed hunting, fishing and camping. He is survived by his children; Joseph Zill Jr of Kennedy Twp., Kenneth Zill and his wife, Nicole, of McDonald, Thomas Zill of Louisana and Sarah Zill of Greensburg, his grandchildren; Aidan and Darian and his brother; James Zill of Upper St. Clair. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Judith Thatcher Zill and his sister; Lois Ward. All funeral arrangements are private.
