Jeffrey S Lookhart

Jeffrey S. Lookhart, 38, of Vandergrift, PA., passed away on Thursday, May 30, 2024, at his residence. He was born Tuesday, July 9, 1985, the son of Timothy (Gayle) Lookhart of Kittanning, and the late Lorri Walker Lookhart.  Jeff was a hard worker, passionate about doing various projects and was so proud of his children and loved them dearly.  In addition to his father, survivors include his two sons, Austin and Brytin Lookhart with Liana (Chris Mystkowski) Zaffuto, two twin daughters, Rhionna and Aerionna Moke with the late Marlana Moke and one daughter, Aria Lookhart with Lacey Overly; his brother Timothy (Michele Arce) Lookhart, niece, Azalynn Lookhart, and nephew Timothy “TJ” Lookhart; a special bond and friendship with his uncle Scott King and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.  All arrangements are private and have been entrusted to Corridoni Funeral Services, Inc., 400 Indiana Avenue, Avonmore, PA.
