(Regina) Rowe, Robert “Bobby” M. (Sylvia) Rowe, Virginia “Jenny” A. Rowe (deceased), Louise “LuLu” M. (Joseph) Turner, Toni L. (Charles) Burton. James loved his children and is survived by his six children: Valerie (David) Daniels, Alfred K. “Kenny” Rowe, Shamese V. Rowe, Shelly L. Rowe, Lisa V. Brown, and Jamie R. Rowe. His grandchildren include Brittany Daniels, La’Teasha Cunningham, Kenneth J. Rowe, Brice Hayes, LaShéri Dyke, Aryanna Carter, Kearston Brown, Kelsi Brown, Déja Benford, and Saniya Rowe-Heyward.
