Irene Rosie Forney Danjou, 74, of Apollo, Pa., passed away on Monday, December 14, 2020 at Allegheny Valley Hospital in Natrona Heights, Pa. She was born on Friday, January 11, 1946 in Leechburg, Pa., the daughter of Robert W. and Wynona “Dolly” W. Rearic Forney. Irene was a loving and devoted mother. She enjoyed sewing, baking, doing crosswords puzzles and spending time with her grandchildren. She is survived by her children, Cynthia Muchicko and her husband, Anthony, of New Castle, Dennis Danjou (Ann), of Ford City, Gary Danjou and his wife, Vicki, of Leesburg, VA., Jimmy Danjou of Apollo, Shannon Zimmerman and her husband, Raymond “Bud”, of Cornelius, OR., 13 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren and a sister, Lilly Reed and her husband, John, of Leechburg. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sister, Wilda Forney, in childhood. All funeral arrangements were private.
