Harry U. Seger, 70, of Clarksburg, Pa. passed away on Monday, March 3, 2025, at Independence Health in Latrobe, Pa. He was born on Tuesday, January 25, 1955, in Butte, Montana the son of the late Julian E. “Shorty” and Mable C. Fellows Seger. Before his retirement, he was a coal miner for R & P Coal Co. at Jane #5. Harry enjoyed boating, fishing, and hunting. He loved riding his side by side, hanging out with his buddies in the garage, music, dancing and traveling. He is survived by his wife of 50 years, Debra Ann Bendis Seger of Clarksburg, his daughters, Michelle Valore and her husband, Bobby of Avonmore and Christina Misner of Clarksburg, his grandchildren; Mason and Isabella Valore of Avonmore and Kyle and Kaylee Misner of Apollo and his sisters; Cathy Davenport of West Virginia, Peggy Carnahan of Hyde Park, Jerry Swartz and her husband, Gary of Saltsburg and Candace Shondelmyer and her husband Tom of Apollo and his brother; Thomas “Hank” Seger and his wife Dema of Boulder, Montana. Family will receive friends on Thursday, March 6, 2025, from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Corridoni Funeral Services, Inc., 400 Indiana Ave., Avonmore, Pa. Funeral Services will be held at 8:00 PM in the funeral home with Pastor Bob Schallenberger, officiating. Interment is private.
