Frank Paul Hoffman Sr.

Frank Paul Hoffman Sr., 67, of Saltsburg, Pa. passed away on Saturday, March 25, 2023 at Allegheny General Hospital in Pittsburgh, Pa. He was born on Thursday, January 12, 1956 in Allegheny County, the son of the late John Sr. and Evelyn Brumaker Hoffman. He was the owner/operater of Hoffman Construction for 50 years. Frank was a United States Army Veteran with the 82nd Airborne Special Forces. He was a member of the Avonmore PNA. He enjoyed fishing and hunting, was able to fix anything that was broken and was a jack of all trades. Frank most loved his family and grandchildren and his faithful sidekick, Abby, who he took with him everywhere. He is survived by his wife of 27 years, Darla J. Smail Hoffman of Saltsburg, his children; Nicole Bowser and her husband, Matt, of Worthington, Melinda Crytzer and her husband, Bill of Ford City, Amber Suman and her husband, Les, of Spring Church, Jonathan Hoffman and his wife, Sarah, of Andover, OH., Kayla Hoffman (Rob Schafer) of Butler and Frank Hoffman Jr (Sheena Yount) of Kittanning, 14 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren and his siblings; John, Vivian, Anne and Cathy. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sisters; Dolores and Lucy. Family will receive friends on Monday, March 27, 2023 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM in the Kelly L. Corridoni Funeral Home LTD, 400 Indiana Ave., Avonmore, Pa. Funeral Services will be held in the funeral home on Monday, March 27, 2023 at 7:00 PM with Pastor Lee Rupert, officiating.
