Frank Brank

Frank Brank, age 85 of Avonmore PA (Tinsmill), passed away on Saturday, December 27, 2025 at his home, surrounded by his loving family. He was born on Thursday, May 30, 1940 in Moween, PA, the son of the late Francisco and Rose Scheppies Brank. Frank was one of thirteen children. Before his retirement, he was employed by Akers National Roll in Avonmore as a laborer for many years. He loved spending time with his family and until recently, could be found at Keystone Raceway where he was a well known drag racer. He is survived by his wife of 60 years, Sharon Ann Gerlack Brank, seven children, John Brank of Ohio; George Brank of Avonmore; Bud Brank of Avonmore; Roger Brank and his wife Sarah of Coal Run; Tessie Brank of Tinsmill; Roseann Brank of Apollo; and Tony Ferraro of Pittsburgh, 11 grandchildren, and 6 great-grandchildren. He was proceeded in death by his parents. At Frank's request, all funeral services are private.
