Evelyn Joann (Kuzmin) McMillen

Evelyn Joann Kuzmin McMillen, 71, of Saltsburg, Pa. passed away on Sunday, September 14, 2025, at Forbes Hospital in Monroeville, Pa. She was born on Wednesday, December 9, 1953, in Avonmore, Pa. the daughter of Joann Marie Proch Kuzmin and the late Mike Kuzmin. She was an avid reader, like doing puzzles, going to the horse and dog races and loved to snack on salt water taffy, vanilla cake and dark chocolate M & M’s. She dearly loved her grandchildren. She is survived by her husband of 52 years, Kenneth John McMillen, her daughter, Shannon Marie Cornell and her husband, Jonathan of Ashburn, Va., her grandchildren, Mason Anthony and Gavin Mitchell Cornell, her mother, Joann Marie Proch Kuzmin and her brother, Michael Kuzmin of Avonmore. In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by her daughter, Melissa Ann McMillen in 2004. A graveside service will be held on Friday, September 19, 2025 at 11:30 AM at Edgewood Cemetery, Saltsburg, Pa. with Father Michael Sciberras, officiating.
