Elsie Jeannine (Edder) Shoupe

Elsie Jeannine Edder Shoupe, 83, of Salina, passed away Wednesday, August 18, 2021, at Logan House in New Kensington, PA.  She was born Monday, May 16, 1938, in Salina, the daughter of the late George and Elsie Stover Edder.  Before her retirement, she was employed by Breeze Industries, in Saltsburg, for over 34 years in the hose clamp department.  Jeannine enjoyed quilting, gardening, and polka dancing.  She is survived by her husband of 65 years, John A. Shoupe, 2 sons, Bruce A Shoupe and his wife, Lillian, of Bell Township and Jeffrey A. Shoupe and his wife, Judy Ann, of Cabot; 4 grandchildren, Bryan Shoupe, and his wife, Lisa, of Lumberton, NJ, Kelsey Kansler and her husband, Zachary, of Murrysville, Jessica Shoupe of Lawrenceville, and Jarrod Shoupe of Cabot, 6 great grandchildren and a sister, Neila Grace Riggle of Salina.  In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sister, Phyllis Staniscia and 2 brothers, McKay and Norris Edder.  At Jeannine’s request, all arrangements are private and entrusted to the Kelly L. Corridoni Funeral Home, LTD, 400 Indiana Avenue, Avonmore, PA  15618.
