Eleanor "Noanie" (Hannegan) Peppler

Eleanor “Noanie” Hannegan Peppler, 65, of North Apollo passed away on Wednesday, August 2, 2023 at her home. She was born on Thursday, July 10, 1958 in Virginia, the daughter of the late Frank and Nancy Needham Hannegan.  Before her retirement, she was a real estate agent for Howard Hanna. She enjoyed gardening and loved working and renovating houses, refurbishing furniture and designing and doing the layout of her revamps. Most of all she loved her children and grandchildren. Eleanor is survived by her husband of 27 years, Daniel Lee Peppler of North Apollo, her children; Ethan M. Altmire and his wife, Julie Vandervort Altmire, of Huntersville, NC and Anne Hannegan Cruz and her husband, Jose, of North Apollo, 2 grandchildren; Nash Daniel Cruz and Henry Clyde Altmire, her brother; Thomas Hannegan of San Diego, Ca, her sisters; Margaret Hannegan of San Diego, Ca and Anne Hannegan (Nikki) of Memphis, TN and numerous nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother Daniel Hannegan.  All funeral arrangements are private.
