David Allen Costlow

David Allen Costlow, 60, of South Fork, Pa., passed away on June 11, 2023 at Conemaugh Memorial Hospital in Johnstown, Pa.  He was born on Tuesday, November 20, 1962 in Johnstown, Pa. the son of the late John Sr. and Ruby Bailey Costlow. He enjoyed fishing, playing horseshoes, going to the casino and working as an auto mechanic. His greatest joy was spending time with his family. He is survived by her partner, Linda Paxton Costlow of Johnstown, his children; Melody Steele of South Fork, Jacob Smithbower of Florida, George A. Smithbower and his wife, Donna, of Florida and James Warner of Philadelphia, his grandchildren; Aylise, Desiree, Sierra, Cameron and Nicky and his sisters; Maryann Kilpatrick of Utah, Bonnie Macewan of Salix, Pa. and Pamela Alhborn of South Carolina and his brothers; Kevin Costlow of South Carolina and John Costlow of Tennessee.  In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife of 29 years, Cathy Shawley Costlow, his granddaughter; Katelyn and his brother; James Costlow. All funeral arrangements were private.
