Connie Jean (Rainey) Loughry

Connie Jean Rainey Loughry, 85, of Hermitage, Pa. formerly of Saltsburg passed away on Saturday, January 25, 2025, at UPMC Hamot, Erie, Pa. She was born on Sunday, January 29, 1939, in Clearfield County the daughter of the late Ralph C. and Margaret J. Stiffler Rainey. She was a member of the Saltsburg Baptist Church where she was very active. She enjoyed cooking, baking, fishing, her trips to the casino and going on cruises. Most of all she loved spending time with her husband, Dave and her family. She is survived by her husband of 19 years, Howard David Loughry, her son, Brian Cartwright and his wife, Donna of Johnstown, her step daughter, Cheryl Ann Cardinal and her husband, Brad of Hermitage, 3 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren, her brothers, Ralph Rainey of Phoenix, Az, George Rainey and his wife, Gerry of Hobart, In, Kenneth Rainey and his wife, Linda of Hillsdale, Pa, Richard Rainey and his wife, Mary of Shelocta, Pa, Dennis Rainey and his wife Elaine of Sharon, Pa and Jack Rainey and his wife, Cathy of Hubbard, Oh. and her sisters, Jessie Crinion and her husband, Steve of Melbourne, Fl., Joan Maloni of Pulaski, Pa., Lois Fier and her husband, Chris Jr of Sharpsville, Pa., Karen Rodriguz of Mercer, Pa. and Mary Toddhunter of Shelocta, Pa. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brothers, Fred Rainey, Carl Rainey, Samuel Rainey and Robert Rainey and her sisters, Evelyn Chesmar and Sara Fier.
