Cindy Ann (Scott) Philips

Cindy Ann Scott Philips, 63, of Vandergrift, Pa., passed away on Sunday, November 6, 2022 at her home. She was born on Tuesday, March 3, 1959 in Natrona Heights, Pa., the daughter of the late Frank W. and Mary J. Gray Scott.  She enjoyed reading magazines and the newspaper, doing crossword puzzles and fishing. She was a very social individual who loved going out with her friends. She is survived by her sisters; Tammy Smith of East Vandergrift, Susan Scott of Apollo, Jacqueline Gieger of North Apollo and many nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a sister, Michelle Salvio. All funeral arrangements were private.
