Christine Lynn (Parker) Rieger

Christine Lynn Parker Rieger, 56, of Slickville, Pa. passed away on Sunday, June1, 2025 at Independence Health Greensburg Hospital, Greensburg, Pa. She was born on Thursday, October 10, 1968, in Penn Hills, Pa. the daughter of Charles T. and Elizabeth “Betty Jo” Sauter Parker. She enjoyed puzzles, loved her cats and spending time with her family. She was a loving mother whose pride and joy were her grandchildren. Jesus Christ was the focus of her life. She is survived by her husband of 32 years, William “Bill” David Rieger, her children; Jacob Parker Rieger and his wife, Samantha of Minneapolis, Mn., Rebecca Marie Smeltzer and her husband, Alex of Verona, Pa. and Rachel Elizabeth Biem and her husband, Kenny of Slicklville, Pa., her parents; Charles T. and Elizabeth “Betty Jo” Parker of Penn Hills, Pa., 2 grandchildren; Roman Bennett Smeltzer and Jonah Baker Smeltzer, her sisters; Paula Falise and her husband, Ron of Charleston, SC, Lynn Nichol and her husband, Ernie of Spring Church, Pa. and Lori Bulkowski and her husband, Chester of Youngwood, Pa. and a brother; Charles “Buddy”  Lawrence Parker of Penn Hills, Pa. Family will receive friends on Wednesday, June 4, 2025 at Corridoni Funeral Services, Inc., 400 Indiana Ave., Avonmore, Pa. from 2:00 PM until time of services at 6:00 PM, with Pastor Jim Povich, officiating.  Internment will take place at Edgewood Cemetery in Saltsburg, Pa.
