Charlotte Louise (Heimberger) Ciocca

Charlotte Louise Heimberger Ciocca, 83, of Saltsburg, Pa (Conemaugh Twp.) passed away on Friday, January 16, 2026, at The Communities of Indian Haven, Indiana, Pa. She was born on Saturday, June 6, 1942, in Bell Township, Pa. the daughter of the late Edward G. and Frances A. Baughman Heimberger. She was a graduate of Bell Avon High School. She was a lifetime member of the Sons of Zebedee Lutheran Church in Saltsburg, Pa. Before her retirement, she was the tax collector for Conemaugh Township for 27 years. Charlotte enjoyed quilting and crocheting. She is survived by her husband of 64 years, Edwin Victor Ciocca, her children, David Ciocca of Nowrytown, Pa. and Linda Demme and her husband, Richard of Rochester, NY, 6 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren and her sisters, Beverly Carnahan and her husband, Richard of Avonmore, Pa. and Linda VarderWerff and her husband, Paul of Washington, Utah. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a daughter in infancy and her sisters, Selva Jean Plahs and Marvyl Flaminio. All funeral arrangements are private.
