Charles Clair Libengood Jr.

Charles Clair Libengood, 57, of Apollo, Pa. passed away on Sunday, September 24, 2023, at his home. He was born on Saturday, April 2, 1966, in New Castle, Pa, the son of the late Charles C. Sr and Alice Mary Richard Libengood. He was a United States Marine Veteran. He was employed by Allegheny Roofing for 20 years. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, gun bashes and he most enjoyed spending time with his family. He is survived by a sister; Pamela M. Ramsey of Jacksonville, Fl. and her 5 children, Dominique Gunby and her children, Jayden, Bella and Yhelenna, Kenneth Ramsey III, Jeremiah Ramsey, Samuel Ramsey and Sarah Rhoads and her husband, Ian, and their children Keyairah, Ariel and Colton, a brother; Michael Libengood of Apollo, Pa and his 4 children, Rebecca Libengood and her son, J.J.; Justin Libengood and his family, Jessica Libengood and her family and Michelle, and a brother; James Libengood and his wife, Missy, of Freeport, Pa and their 2 children, Jamie and Edward Libengood. Funeral arrangements are private and a Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, September 30, 2023.
