Charles William Daugherty

Charles William Daugherty Jr., 70, of Slickville, Pa., passed away on Wednesday, March 2, 2022 at UPMC East in Monroeville, Pa.  He was born on Saturday, June 9, 1951 in East McKeesport, Pa., the son of the late Charles W. Sr.and Carolyn M. Geiselhart Daugherty. He graduated from Franklin Regional High School and was a United States Navy Veteran.  Before his retirement, he was  a school bus driver for the Smith Bus Co. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, watching old westerns, especially John Wayne movies and watching wrestling. Charles worked with his hands building a most elaborate dog apartment. He is survived by his children; Candace Kuhla and her husband, Leonard, of South Greensburg, Brandy Daugherty of Slickville and Krysta Roberts of Slickville and his siblings; Cindy Hushinbrink, Clifford Daugherty, Cherry Miller, Carl Daugherty and Carol Lynn Shellhammer. He was preceded in death by his parents. At his request, all funeral arrangements were private.
