Cathy Sue King Crissman, 68, of Avonmore (South Bend Twp.), Pa. passed away on Thursday, October 2, 2025, at her home. She was born on Monday, December 10, 1956, in Pittsburgh, Pa. the daughter of Betty May Helman King and the late William B. King. She was a member of the West Lebanon Church of God. She loved to cook, sew, and drive her antique and classic cars and had a very strong work ethic. She spent a decade of her life being a caregiver to others in their element. Cathy was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and aunt who loved her grandchildren very much and was very active in their lives. Her favorite time was when she was with the family she loved. She is survived by her husband of 49 years, Bruce Curtis Crissman of Avonmore, her children, Todd A. Crissman and his wife Melanie of Apollo and Amanda S. Crissman of Apollo, her mother, Betty May King, her grandchildren, Emma and Joshua Crissman and Collin Dingman, her brothers, Dave King of Avonmore, Blaine “Buddy” King and his wife Kimberly of Minden, La. and her sister, Sally Knox and her husband, Glenn of Lawsonville, NC. She was preceded in death by her father, William B. King and her brothers, Arthur and Randy King. Family will receive friends on Tuesday, October 7, 2025, from 3:00 PM until time of services at 7:00 PM at Corridoni Funeral Services, Inc., 1916 Moore Ave., North Apollo, Pa. 15673. Pastor Nelson Confer will officiate. Internment is private.
