Candise Jean (Bier) Clark

Candise Jean Bier Clark, 72, of Apollo, Pa., passed away on Monday, September 6, 2021 at Forbes Hospital in Monroeville, Pa. She was born on Monday, December 27, 1948 in Vandergrift, Pa., the daughter of the late Irvin and Helen Shirley Bier. Candise was a retired homemaker who enjoyed playing bingo with her sisters, excessive gambling, crocheting for her  grandchildren and complete strangers.  She was President Obama’s number one fan. She loved the time she spent with her family at their “famous” Christmas parties. Candise was an elected jitney driver for her brother ( not always willingly). Although not religious herself, she would want you to donate to your place of worship in her memory. She is survived by her children, Cory Bell (#1 son by birth order only) and his wife, Alysa  of Maysville, Casey Clark (tied for second) and his wife, Michelle of West Leechburg and Jarrod Clark and his wife, Megan  of Valencia, 5 grandchildren, Ethan Bell, Eastyn Clark, John Clark, Eleanor Clark and Theodore Clark, her sisters, Susan Molinaro and her husband, John, Nancy Kickbush and her husband, Doug, Jodi Bier and Tracey Bier  and her husband Mike Remaley, her brothers, Michael Bier and Kenneth Bier and his wife, Diane and 30 nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, John Clark in 2010, hers sisters, Patricia Russo and Genevieve Elwood and her brothers, Edwin, Richard, Gary and Irvin Bier. At her request, all funeral arrangements were private.
