Bonita (Claar) Clark

Bonita Claar Clark, 73, of Reading, Pa. passed away on Wednesday, April 1, 2026, at Lehigh Valley Hospital - Cedar Crest in Allentown, Pa. She was born on Sunday, December 14, 1952, in Reading, Pa., the daughter of the late Russell L. and June A. Keen Claar. Before her retirement, she worked at Reading Hospital as a seamstress. She attended Renaissance Fairs and designed costumes for the Reading Civic Opera and other local theatres. She is survived by her brother, Lawrence H. Claar and his wife, Susanne of Laureldale, Pa. and her nieces, Ann McCracken and her husband, Eric and Louise Hulshizer and her husband, Justin. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, David Clark, her brothers, Thomas H. Claar and Michael L. Claar. All funeral arrangements are private.
