Willam Raymond Emerick

William Raymond Emerick, 89, of Apollo (Washington Twp.) passed away Saturday September 9, 2017 at his home.  He was born Saturday, April 14, 1928 in Brackenridge, Pa. the son of the late Raymond and Jeanette Pavit Emerick. He was owner and operator of several local gas stations. He enjoyed watching Westerns on television. He was a United States Naval Veteran. He is survived by his wife of 61 years, Mary Ellen Smith Emerick, 4 children, Randy Emerick and his wife Missy of Allegheny Twp., Brenda Brown and her husband Kevin of Virginia Beach, Va., Linda Burt and her husband Jim and Connie Chandler and her husband Rod all of Wickenburg, Az., 5 grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild, 2 sisters, June Walker of Washington Twp and JoAnn Trefelner of Natrona Heights and a brother, Malcolm Emerick and his wife Ella Mae of Apollo. In additional to his parents he was preceded in death by a grandson Mark Cumberledge. At Bill’s request all services and visitation were private.
