Susan Leigh (Hughes) Montali

Susan Leigh Hughes Montali, 49, of Apollo, Pa. passed away on Sunday, February 25, 2018 at Allegheny General Hospital in Pittsburgh, Pa. She was born Saturday, April 20, 1968 in Shady Plain, Pa., the daughter of George Hughes and the late Christine Dilick Hughes. She was a member of St. Ambrose Roman Catholic Church in Avonmore, Pa. She was employed by the Health Care Industry in the billing department. She enjoyed shopping and fishing.  She is survived by her husband of 18 years, Roger E. Montali, her father, George Hughes and her beloved dog “Kaiser”. She was preceded in death by her mother.  Family will receive friends on  Wednesday, February 28, 2018 from 6pm to 9pm in the Kelly L. Corridoni Funeral Home, 400 Indiana Ave., Avonmore, Pa. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Thursday, March 1, 2018 at 10am at St. Ambrose Roman Catholic Church, 505 Cambria Ave., Avonmore, Pa. with Father John Harrold as celebrant. Interment will be held at Westview Cemetery in Avonmore, Pa.
