Sarah Vivian (Baker) Rogers

Sarah Vivian Baker Rogers, 86,of New Alexandria passed away on Thursday, February 1, 2018 in New Alexandria, Pa. She was born Sunday, April 19, 1931 in Saltsburg, Pa., the daughter of the late Howard N. and Alice V. Fink Baker. She enjoyed cooking, baking, crocheting and caring for her husband who was injured in the mines. She is survived by 3 brothers, Rick Baker of Blairsville, James D. Baker and his wife Caroline of New Alexandria and Donnie Baker of Saltsburg. She was preceded in death by her loving husband, Albert H. Rogers, 2 sisters, Virginia Reedy and Shirley Kiebler and a 2 brothers, Harvey Baker and John W. Baker. Family will receive friends on Monday, February 5, 2018 from Noon to 2PM in the Kelly L. Corridoni Funeral Home LTD, 400 Indiana Ave., Avonmore, Pa. Services will be held in the funeral  home on Monday, February 5, 2018 at 2PM with Pastor Lee Rupert, officiating. Interment is private.
