Joseph Harry Pistininzi

Joseph Harry Pistininzi II, 72 of Saltsburg, passed away Thursday, February 21, 2019, at Indiana Hospital, Indiana, PA.  He was born Monday, July 1, 1946, in Pittsburgh, the son of the late Nofie and Elizabeth Schulli Pistininzi.  Before his retirement, he worked at National Roll for over 40 years.    He graduated from Saltsburg High School in 1964.  Joe loved his tractors, was a work “aholic “and loved watching Steeler football games.  He is survived by his wife of 53 years, Linda Sinclair Pistininzi, two sons, Joseph Harry Pistininzi, Jr., and his wife, Molly, of Leesburg, Virginia and James Charles Pistininzi and his wife, Pam, of Melbourne, Florida.  One sister, Mary Sinclair of Slickville, 2 brothers Daniel Pistininzi, and his wife, Rita, of Saltsburg and Nofie Pistininzi and (Debbie) of Saltsburg, 4 grandchildren, Michael Pistininzi and his wife, Megan, of Africa, Gina Pistininzi of Leesburg, Virginia, Katie Pistininzi of Richmond, Virginia, and Alaina Pistininzi of Melbourne, Florida.  Family will receive friends on Sunday, February 24, 2019 from 2Pm to 4PM and 6PM to 8PM in the Kelly L. Corridoni Funeral Home, LTD, 400 Indiana Avenue, Avonmore, PA.   A mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Monday, February 25, 2019 at 10 AM at St. Matthews Roman Catholic Church, Saltsburg, PA with Father John Harrold officiating.  Interment will follow at the St. Matthews Church Cemetery.
