Jean Elizabeth (McDonald) Beatty

Jean Elizabeth McDonald Beatty, 76 of Clarksburg, passed away Saturday, October 27, 2018 at her home.  She was born Tuesday, September 8, 1942, in Warren, Michigan, the daughter of the late Hugh and Margaret Miller McDonald.  Before her retirement, she worked for 20 years for Westmoreland Hospital in medical records.  She enjoyed traveling, spending time with her family, playing games on the computer and crossword puzzles.  Jean is survived by her husband of 44 years, Dennis Beatty, three children, Dan Childers and his wife, Jana, of Derry, Michelle Marshall and her husband, George, of Clarksburg and Mark Beatty and his wife, Amanda, of Clarksburg, five grandchildren, Cody, Greg, Sarah, Colleen and Charleigh and one great grandchild. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by  two brothers, Hugh and John McDonald, three sisters, Mary Ann Carr, Sandra Weaver and Kathlene Garlow.  Family will receive friends at the Kelly L. Corridoni Funeral Home LTD, 400 Indiana Avenue, Avonmore, PA on Wednesday, October 31, 2018, from 10AM until time of services at 12Noon with Pastor Chuck Harvey officiating.  Interment will be at the Ebenezer Cemetery in Lewisville, PA  15725
