Helen Lavetta (Dosch) Woodrow

Helen Lavetta Dosch Woodrow, 79, of Indiana, formerly of Clarksburg passed away Sunday, December 30, 2018, at Indiana Regional Hospital, Indiana, PA.  She was born Saturday, May 27, 1939, in Clarksburg, Pa, the daughter of the late George and Lucille Stitt Dosch. Before her retirement she was owner and operator of Woodrow’s Country  Store in Clarksburg.   She loved attending basketball games, loved her grandchildren and doing word puzzles.  She is survived by her husband, of 60 years Ronald Woodrow, two daughters, Lisa Woodrow (Tammy Tucker) of San Ramon, CA, and Leslie Roman and her husband, Tom, of Saltsburg, PA, 6 grandchildren, Chloe Tucker, Tristan Tucker, Milo Tucker, Tom Roman Jr., Jake Roman and Tyler Roman.  Two sisters, Connie Reihms & her husband, Paul, of Bedford, NH and Martha Grimplin and her husband, John “Buster” of Saltsburg.  A private burial will be held at Edgewood Cemetery, Saltsburg.  Arrangements have been entrusted to the Kelly L. Corridoni Funeral Home, LTD, 400 Indiana Avenue, Avonmore, Pa.
