Harry Edward Brown

Harry Edward Brown, 78, of Saltsburg, passed away on Thursday, March 7, 2019, at William Penn Care Center in Jeannette.  He was born on Wednesday, September 4, 1940 in Saltsburg, the son of the late Ward E. and Anna Grassell Brown.  Before his retirement, he taught school in the Kiski Area School District.  He enjoyed smoking cigars, his gambling trips to the casino, golfing and doing finish carpentry work.  He is survived by his sons, David Brown of Saltsburg and Rich Brown of Saltsburg, 2 grandchildren Josh and Bianca Brown and his sister, Ana Mary Marchitelli and her husband Frank of the Villages in Fl. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Teresa Bottegal  Brown. Family will receive friends on Sunday, March 10, 2019 from 4PM to 8PM in the Kelly L. Corridoni Funeral Home LTD, 400 Indiana Ave., Avonmore, Pa. Funeral services will be held in the funeral home on Monday, March 11, 2019 at 11AM   with Pastor Lee Rupert, officiating. Interment will be held at Westview Cemetery in Avonmore.
