Gladys "G.G." (Phillips) Held

Gladys Elisabeth “G.G.” Phillips Held 99 of Leechburg passed away September 1, 2017 at Oak Hill Nursing Home in Greensburg. She was born December 5, 1917 in Leechburg the daughter of the late Richard and Flora “Mams” Lyle Phillips. “G.G.” enjoyed socializing, going out to eat, and keeping in touch with her old friends. She is survived by two grandsons; Arthur J. Harley and his wife Diane of Apollo, and Thomas E. Harley Jr. and his wife Tanya of Indiana, 8 great- grandchildren; Alicia Miller of Conway, Katlyn Harley of Apollo, Kristina Patty and her husband Craig of Apollo, Ronald Harley of Indiana, Daytona Harley of Blairsville, Leigha Harley of Indiana, and Eric and Christopher Lloyd of Leechburg, and 6 great-great grandchildren. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her daughter, Lawayne Joyce Harley, her granddaughter, Michelle L. “Shelly” Lloyd, and her longtime companion, Johnny Minyarik. At her request all services will be private.
