Daniel Joseph Carr

Daniel Joseph Carr 50 of Saltsburg (Moween) passed away Thursday September 7, 2017 at his home. He was born January 11, 1967 in Moween the son of Franklin D. and Emma Jean Beacon Carr. He was most recently employed by Harris, as a Union Masonry Laborer. He loved the outdoors, hunting, watching John Wayne and Clint Eastwood movies, eating out with his wife, and time spent with his grandchildren. In addition to his parents, he is survived by the love of his life, his wife of thirty-two years, Vickie Jo Adair Carr. Two children; Kristan M. Carr and her fiancé, Matthew McGuiness of Blairsville, and Joshua D. Carr ( Chelsea Nepshaw)of Moween, two sisters; Sondra A. Carr (Wayne Porter) and Michele R. Carr (Marty Fennell) all of Moween, and a brother David R. Carr Also of Moween, four grandchildren; McKenna M. Bickel, Brayden J. Bickel. Addison G. McGuiness, and Carson M. McGuiness, his mother and father in law, Thomas and Florence Adair of Saltsburg, and his grandma Wavie, also of Saltsburg. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews. Family will receive friends on Monday September 11, 2017 from 2:00-4:00 and 6:00-8:00 P.M in the Kelly L. Corridoni Funeral Home Ltd. 400 Indiana Ave. Avonmore, Pa. Funeral Services will be held on Tuesday September 12, 2017 at 11:00 A.M in the funeral home with Reverend Norm Jelken officiating. Interment will follow in Edgewood Cemetery, Saltsburg.
