Joseph Anthony Resnick

Joseph Anthony Resnick, 70, of Natrona Heights, Pa. passed away on Sunday, October 1, 2023, at his home. He was born on Tuesday, March 3, 1953, in Natrona Heights, Pa., the son of the late Paul and Virginia Milberger Resnick. Joseph was a member of the Masons of Tyrian Lodge #640. He enjoyed hunting, fishing and spending time with his family. He was a musician, marksman and refurbished damaged string instruments and was very proud of achieving his PHD in Philosophy and Environmental Studies at the Union Institute and University. His education entails the following: Doctor of Philosophy, Environmental Studies (Bioremediation/Biodefense), The Union Institute and University from 1996-2000, Master of Public Health, Earth and Space Health Systems Management, Vermont College (NASA Scholar) from 1991-1993 ,Bachelor of Arts, Social Sciences, University of Pittsburgh from 1979-1983, Pennsylvania State University (Westinghouse Adjunct Student/Aeronautical Engineering) from 1977-1978, A.S. E.E., Westinghouse Technical School from 1974-1976. Certificate Program Robotics Technologies from 1975-1975 and A.S. M.E., Westinghouse Technical School from 1972-1974. He is survived by his wife of 46 years; Kathy Couch Resnick, of Natrona Heights, his daughters; Adrienne Resnick and Nicole Resnick both of Natrona Heights, 2 grandchildren; Holden Lane and Hudson Arms and his brothers; James, Paul and Thomas Resnick, In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister; Pauline Cowan and a brother; Claude Resnick.
