Thomas Henry Dunbar

Thomas Henry Dunbar, 78, of Creekside passed away Friday, September 22, 2017 at his home. He was born Tuesday, January 24, 1939 in North Vandergrift, Pa.  Before his retirement, he was a plant manager at Seasonal Manufacturing. He enjoyed lifting weights, running 25 miles 2 to 3 days a week and walking, he also ran marathons in Pittsburgh, Pa. He was a member of the Indiana Road Runners Club. He loved hunting, especially turkey hunting with Guy and would play poker with his friends in the winter months. He is survived by his daughter, Patricia Coleman and her husband, Ronald of Creekside, his 2 grandchildren Thomas and Sara, his sister, Agnes Drexel and her husband, Robert of Reading, Pa. “A message of Life”, Life is a great adventure, enjoy the ride. Some are short, some are long. Just remember – without exception, there are no survivors. Farewell, Tom. At Thomas’ request all services are private. Arrangements have been entrusted to the Kelly L.
